Great site because I too, was wondering what happened to Black vegans.

I decided to transition after reading and watching some videos from Dr. Sebi and feeling better myself after changing my diet in terms of goodness for me and the community and environment at large.

Now that I'm training for Athletics, I feel better than ever while working out, thinking and working through a day.

I look forward to reading more on this site.

Just switched to a natural lifestyle and was blessed enough to find your blog. What sucks is that when you do a google search for "black vegans" the top link is to why are there so few black vegans! Madness! But for real, I'm diggin the blog and all your links.

Peace bro!! Thank you for checking out my blog. I'm linking to your blog. I am a fellow black NYC-based raw vegan athlete. I do Capoeira and Kung Fu, and I bike almost everywhere too (my bike is my car). Right now I train four days a week but might soon change that to six. I'm very excited to see you doing the work, training hard, inspiring other Afrikans to get healthy and strong. That in itself is a most crucial act in the revolution. My blog is discussing similar issues. Be in touch!

Hey, sending some vegan love to you. I am a black vegan woman who just wanted to send some support. I understand what you go through when people think you are being "difficult" at dinner parties and gatherings when you want to make sure you can eat something.... anyway just thought your blog was cool.

I amend my earlier comment, the site is a lot more than fun, really good info.
take a look at my business site. And tell me, how do you find the time to do this?

You will have to forgive the name, I was trying to log into your blog and did not realize that I misspelled it, thus leading me to unwittingly sign up for a blog. So not only is this my first visit to a blog ever but now apparently I have blog too, (Im trying to figure out way to delete it but it won't let me know)

Anyway I'm so glad you started this blog, it's absolutely wonderful and you are a wonderful writer as well...do you think our enslaved ancestors would have imagined a future where black folks are talking about cycling, veganism, and host of other crunchy topics...

In terms of the biking, I'm looking forward to a season of lots of pain and lots of glory...we will support each other.
